On-Site Registration:

On-site registration will be held at Embassy Suites Hotel on Sunday, October 10, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday morning from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Fee:
Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, breaks, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, the Monday evening banquet at the Madonna Inn, and the symposium proceedings.
Registration fee for the Symposium is $60 for students and $140 for non-students.
 
All FOREIGN [non-U.S./Canadian] registrations must be received NO LATER THAN AUGUST 20, 1999
E-MAIL REGISTRATIONS are NOT ACCEPTABLE as credit card #'s cannot be secured.


Additional Guest Tickets for Monday Banquet and Lunches:

Additional guest tickets for the Banquet: to be held at the world renowned Madonna Inn on Monday evening must be pre-purchased; the cost is $28 per person. Guest tickets for the Monday and Tuesday lunches are $18 each and must be pre-purchased as well. Additional guest reservations for meals must be received by Conference Services Office by Monday, October 4, 1999.
 

Accommodations:

The site of the Symposium is the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Luis Obispo. The Hotel is offering special room pricing for attendees who register early. Embassy Suites guests receive full complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. Students receiving financial assistance from NAPS to attend the Symposium will share suites ( 3 persons/beds per room). Students needing roommate matches or financial assistance please submit information requested on the STUDENT DATA FORM.
 
Embassy Suites Special Rates
Reserve Room by September 12, 1999 to ensure special room pricing. Be sure to mention NAPS.
Individuals making their reservations may call the Central Embassy Reservation office at 1-800-EMBASSY or call the hotel direct at (805) 549-0800.
Special rates apply to Sunday and Monday nights only. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check Out is 12:00 noon.
The Hotel has a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
Saturday Night/Early Arrivals...Single--$114.00 + tax.....Double--$114.00 + tax......Triple ( 3 beds )--$124.00 + tax
Sunday and Monday Nights......Single--$94.00 + tax......Double----$94.00 + tax.....Triple ( 3 beds )--$104.00 + tax
 

Cancellations:

Cancellations of Conference Registration received in writing prior to September 24, 1999 will be entitled to a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date.
