Roommate Assignments

Student Lodging

For student lodging, please do the following:

1. Send your Registration Form with the $60 Registration Fee payment to Conference Services Office.
2. Send your Data Form to: Dr. Ali Shaban by email at ashaban@calpoly.edu or fax to (805) 756-1458

Also, note that:

• The NAPS Committee will pay for rooms for students from US Institutions only.
• The NAPS Committee will make the room reservations.
• Rooms will be assigned (three students per room).
• Hotel Confirmation numbers will be emailed to the respective students.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance for student authors from the USA who want to attend NAPS '99 will be made available through Cal Poly. Student authors will be eligible for partial to full reimbursement for conference costs after submitting receipts following the conference.

Scholarships are made possible by grants from the following:

• The National Science Foundation
• College of Engineering, Cal Poly
• Electrical Engineering Department, Cal Poly
• Electric Power Institute, Cal Poly
