Software for Subgraph Matching
Dr. Fred DePiero, CalPoly State University
License Agreement
This software computes common subgraphs that exist between two input graphs. The subgraph-matching (‘subgraph isomorphism’) algorithm uses the methods of Basis Graphs and Length-R Paths ('LeRP'). Dr. Fred DePiero developed both techniques. The software distribution permits users to run monte carlo simulations to estimate performance of these two techniques under various input conditions (referred to simply as 'the software', below).
The software may be distributed and used freely without charge, provided it is used for non-profit, non-commercial, non-military, non-defense purposes. Use of the software implies an understanding and acceptance of this license agreement.
Dr. Fred DePiero must be acknowledged by name as must the ‘Basis Graph Algorithm’ in any work, device, project or publication derived from, or associated with, the use of the software.
This agreement must remain unchanged and must remain packaged with the software. The distribution must remain unaltered. Modification of the software is not permitted. Reverse engineering is not permitted. Neither Dr. Fred DePiero nor CalPoly State University shall be held liable for any consequences of use of the software or for any expected performance.
